COMMENTS

  • The proposal should be encouraged to retain the existing houses as part of the development if possible.
  • The SDP must include sections through the proposed development indicating the impact of development on the adjacent Golf Course. (where applicable)
  • The proposed building heights must be shown in relation to the existing natural ground line.
  • The proposal must respect the amenity and privacy of the adjoining properties.
  • The proposal must provide the required parking on the stand.
  • Protection of the existing trees and vegetation must be indicated and a landscaping plan provided indicating the retention of the residential
  • character of the stand. A replacement strategy to remove existing trees must also be shown.
