Hi Residents 

At our past AGM, 22June, which was held at Marks Park some changes were effected not only to the Executive  but also to the running of ERA.

Primarily the new Constitution was addopted, a copy of which is available on this site.

Secondly ERA has now moved into the digital age on two fronts, all ERA payments to debtors and all expenses will now be effected electronically by EFT and the newsletter will no longer be sent out  in printed form, unless specifically so requested, it will be sent out via e-mail electronically to those members on the data base. If you want to receive the newsletter electronically please contact me on cosalvr1@gmail.com or telephonically on 082 451 4160.

That having been said I and the new committee bid farewell to Michael Michaels who was our treasurer and who is retiring to Joan Gardner our secretary and to Dick Pyke who had the infrastructure portfolio.

Thank you for your support, contributions  and hard work over the years.
