De-Fence Committee of EDGE, ERA, and GRA



The flurry of
activity surrounding the soliciting, gathering, and coordinating the
many objections to the JCP fence proposal for Emmarentia Park is now
behind us.  Many people have been wondering what's happening
now, and what the next steps are.  The De-Fence Committee met on
25 March to discuss this, and the following is a brief update on
what's happening and what has yet to happen.

 

ERA AGM - Tuesday May 5th 2010

The Annual General Meeting of the Emmarentia Residents Association will be held in the Pavillion Room at Marks Park on Tuesday May 5th 2010 

The Meeting willstart at 18h30 for 19h00.

All residents welcome.

More Residents Join EGSA

There are several reasons why more and more residents are joining the EGSA, and helping our community to help itself.

I am sure you have all seen the numerous men and women pulling trolleys with recycled cardboard and paper down our suburban streets. In fact, many residents have complained at the litter they leave behind and the hazard they pose to motorists. ERA has followed up on your complaints on numerous occasions and has found out the following....
