Last chance to comment on Draft Gauteng Liquor Act

Dear Residents and Business Owners,

New Gauteng Liquor Act:

The Gauteng MEC for Economic Development published the proposed draft Gauteng Liquor Regulations 2013 for public comment in January.

Click on this link to read the draft Liquor Act: http ://www . gauteng . net/industry/images/uploads/Gauteng_Liquor_Bill . pdf

Compared to the more draconian and heavy handed previous draft, this one is much more compact regarding its content. However, there seems to be some strange omissions and inclusions.
